Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
• Will be exposed to projects across multiple business verticals: Financial, Government, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc...
• Will be responsible for creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, defect-free code using software development best practices and coding standards (i.e. software reuse, refactoring, continuous integration, test automation, secure development, Test Driven Development, static code analysis, peer/code review).
• Design and develop key application components as microservices using Spring Boot, Java and RESTful architecture
• Implementation of Graphical User Interface (GUI) using the presentation tier technologies such as JSP, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery and JavaScript
• Develop Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) based Web Services using Web Service Technologies and Security such as JAX-WS Web Services, WS-Security, IBM Data Power, Web Services-Interoperability (WS-I), Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM), or SOAP with Attachments (SWA), Apache Axis and Web Service Definition Language (WSDL)
• Develop and maintain Enterprise Java Batch applications
• Use the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, UCD to version control, build, store artifact, and deploy the software projects Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 6+ years experience working as a Java Full Stack Developer creating maintainable, adaptable, scalable, defect-free code using software development best practices and coding standards
• 6+ years designing and developing key applications components in Microservices with Spring Boot
• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology like MuleSoft, Spring Framework
• Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications, standards bodies (e.g., XML, UDDI, JMS, Web services, etc.)
• Experience with implementing integrations with SOAP and RESTful APIs
• Experience working as a consultant on Java Full Stack projects
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Fullstack Application Development - .Net for the Pharmacy LOB
• Keep many of the current/upcoming projects on track/resourced appropriately, position needed to join existing digital portal team/participate in development efforts, particularly around extending/enhancing current portal capabilities
• Ability to guide and lead deliverables and team of offshore developers
• Ability to work in agile environment

The Sr. Quality Analyst is responsible for adhering to standardized QA policies, processes, anddocumentation standards, overseeing and/or participating in all aspects of project testing. Thisrole will work very closely with the members of a cross-functional delivery teams and will befocused on ensuring product quality

Implement quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications,products, throughout their development lifecycles.

Implement and provide guidance to other team members on software quality assurancetesting techniques including, smoke, functional, regression, exploratory and integrationtesting to meet testing software requirements.

Define quality requirements and standards for projects, specify the quality strategy andoutline quality objectives.

Conduct internal quality audits and assessments to ensure processes and documentationcomply with QMO standards, policies, or best practices.

Work with QA Manager to verify and revise quality assurance standards as neededResponsible for test planning, test documentation, test execution, defect tracking andreporting, including follow-up and issue resolution

Lead implementation and execution of functional, regression and user acceptance testsCommunicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to projectstakeholders and management.

Create and execute Automation test framework to increase testing effectiveness andreduce time to deliver quality product.

Qualifications

• Four to six years related experience in software development or Quality Assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, InformationTechnology, Engineering Technology or Technical Related Degree or experience
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
• Experience working with individuals in different geographical locations and time-zones
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze requirements and document test plans, testscripts and plan test execution.
• Strong software testing experience and knowledge of Quality Assurance concepts.
